PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery detergent composition reducing the amount of ultraviolet light, penetrating through a cloth and also having an improved powder whiteness. SOLUTION: This powdery detergent composition is provided by containing (A) a surfactant, (B) a stilbene type ultraviolet light-absorbing agent and (C) a phenyl type fluorescent bleaching agent, and having 0.2 to 0.7 mass% total amount of the (B) and (C) components based on the total amount of the composition, 0.5≤(B)/(C)≤8.0 mass ratio of the blending ratio of the blending amount of the (B) component to the blending amount of the (C) component and≥75 Hunter whiteness.
