PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene resin composition for molding materials, excellent in weld characteristics and flow mark characteristics and used for exterior members for automobiles and to provide the exterior member for automobiles. SOLUTION: The propylene-based block copolymer composition for automobile exterior members comprises 100 pts.wt. propylene-based block copolymer having 50-100 g/10 min MFR and≤7 Mw/Mn and containing 75-95 wt.% crystalline polypropylene part and 5-25 wt.% ethylene-propylene copolymer part, having 35-45 wt.% ethylene content of the ethylene-propylene copolymer part and having 3-5 ratio of weight-average molecular weight of the crystalline polypropylene part to weight-average molecular weight of the ethylene-propylene copolymer part, 25-45 pts.wt. ethylene-α-olefin copolymer elastomer having 1-9g/10 min MFR and 30-45 pts.wt. talc having 1.5-15μm average particle diameter.
