PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic system which highly accurately and efficiently reduces noise of frequencies in from low to medium-high bands. SOLUTION: The acoustic system 1 is provided with: a reference microphone 7 receiving sound to become sound attenuation object; an L microphone 5L and a R microphone 5R provided near the left/right ears of a user; a medium-high frequency band first sound correction means 9 reducing the medium-high band noise near the left ear position, based on an acoustic signal received by the reference microphone 7 and an acoustic signal received by the L microphone 5L; a medium-high band second sound correction means 10 reducing the medium-high band noise near the right ear position, based on the acoustic signal received by the reference microphone 7 and an acoustic signal received by the R microphone 5R; and a low band sound correction means 11 reducing the low band noise near the right/left ears positions of the user, based on the acoustic signal received by the reference microphone 7 and the acoustic signals received by the L microphone 5L and the R microphone R.
