A centrifugal type electro-spinning apparatus and a centrifugal type electro-spinning method are provided to simplify facilities and work and regulate the diameter of a fiber easily, by coupling a centrifugal spinning method and an electro-spinning method organically and effectively. A centrifugal electric spinning apparatus(100) comprises a spinning liquid supply unit for supplying a spinning liquid(17) consisting of a polymer molting liquid or solution to a spinning nozzle(5), a centrifugal rotation part including a rotation plate(9) having the spinning nozzle, a collector(16), and a voltage providing part(10) for providing voltage to the rotation plate and the collector. The spinning nozzle includes a bent portion(24) for switching a moving path of the spinning liquid from a centrifugal direction(21) to a shaft direction(22).
