A multiple sole structure is provided to increase shock absorption efficiency by varying shock absorption amount according to an amount of shock and, at the same time, to improve restoring force of the sole. A multiple sole structure includes a sole(21) having a plurality of reentrant grooves(C), each being upwardly open; at least one piece of cushion(24) having a plurality of ventilation holes, each of which has a center coincident with the center of each of the reentrant grooves; at least one projection plate(22) having a plurality of projections(E) formed in a downward direction to be inserted into the reentrant grooves in one-to-one correspondence after passing through the holes; and an insole laminated on the upper face of the sole including the projection plate. |
