PURPOSE:To enable the detection of an external magnetic flux at a high accuracy, by building up an insulator with a block having a solid or equivalent shape so as to arrange first to third coils orthogonal to one another on the insulator at a high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:An insulator 1 is built up with a block 12 having a solid or equivalent shape not hollow which is provided with three opposed sets of surfaces S1 and S2, S3 and S4 and S5 and S6. Then, coils L1, L2 and L3 which are made up of conductor thin films F1, F2 and F3 are arranged on the surfaces S1-S6 so as to be orthogonal to one another while insulation films G1-G6 are arranged at the respective intersections thereof. The conductor thin films F1-F3 are reinforced by a soldering 15 on the edges between outer surfaces adjacent to one another of the block 12. This enables the orthogonal arrangement of the coils L1-L3 on the insulator 1 at a high accuracy thereby assuring a highly accurate detection of an external magnetic flux. |
