<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information notifying device which receives information set so as to preliminarily notify the information to an electronic device and notifies the information to an information communication terminal. <P>SOLUTION: An information notifying device receives information from an electronic device (S700). If information is received (S702, Yes), whether or not communication is possible by a terminal "i" is checked (S706). If the communication is possible, the information is notified to the terminal "i" (S708). If the communication is impossible, the received information is written in a device information buffer (S710). This processing is performed to all of the terminals.
