PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device capable of storing an irradiation angle of a lighting fixture main body and of resetting the angle to a memorized irradiation angle even if the angle of the lighting fixture main body is changed at replacing time of the lamp or the like. SOLUTION: In the illumination device, a first coupling part 23 of the upper end of a support stand and a second coupling part 15 of the lower part of the lighting fixture main body are mutually overlapped from the side and pivotally fitted to each other, the lighting fixture main body is fixed to the support stand by means that both coupling parts 15, 23 are fixed using a coupling part fixing means 39, a ring body 41 for oscillation angle memorization which is mounted sideward of the second coupling part 15 so as to be rotatable in its peripheral direction, the ring body 41 can be fixed to the second coupling part 15 using a ring body fixing means 50, a locking hole 41a is installed at the outer peripheral face of the ring body, a locking part 43c lockable in the locking hole is installed at the upper end part of the support stand, and the locking part 43c is energized capable of protruding upward from the upper end part of the support stand.
