A magnetic type counter tester of a measuring instrument is provided to improve reliability of testing by forming a measuring magnet measured within a range of magnetic force while a transfer-rotation shaft elastically supported by a support spring is transferred and rotated up and down. A magnetic type counter tester(100) of a measuring instrument(10) including a counter operated to display measured values of the measuring instrument comprises: a fixing unit(110) including a measuring instrument fixing unit(112), which fixes the measuring instrument and a lower fixing frame(113) equipped with a jig fixing frame(114) in an upper portion of a fixing body(111), a measuring unit(120) including a measuring block(121) to rotate a magnet unit(30) of the counter and a transfer-rotation shaft(124), which is rotated while being elastically supported by an interlocking key(129) formed in a lower portion of the block, a driving transmitting unit(130), which connects a driving fixing frame(134) with the fixing unit in a side portion and the transfer-rotation shaft with a transmitting gear(135), a driving measuring unit(140) connected to interlock a measuring gear(143), and a testing unit(150) including a counter camera(151), a measuring control unit(152), which performs testing while displaying signals of the counter camera and the measuring control unit to a display unit(158).
