A vibration prevention control device for a hybrid vehicle is provided to reduce vibration by implementing a reactive control of the driving motor by analyzing and mapping disturbance when starting up an engine. A calculator(100) receives a disturbance element which is generated during a start up process of an engine, and uses the disturbance element as reference data to generate a starting torque for preventing a vibration from being delivered to a driving shaft. A controller(200) maintains a constant generator torque and includes a double gain unit which applies two different gain values for respective error values corresponding to a difference between a target torque for the driving motor and an actual torque of the driving motor. A generator power unit(300) supplies power to a generator, receives a counter torque for the driving motor, and controls a final torque value, which is outputted to the driving shaft. |
