A pixel circuit of an organic light emitting display device is provided to improve an image quality of the OLED device by increasing uniformity of brightness in respective pixels. A pixel circuit of an organic light emitting display device includes first to third transistors, an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Device), and a capacitor. The first transistor(T1) delivers a start signal or a data signal from a data line in response to a scan signal from a scan line. The capacitor(Cst) stores the start signal or the data signal, which is received from the first transistor. The second transistor(T2) generates an initialization current or a driving current according to the stored signal in the capacitor. The third transistor(T3) supplies the initialization current to outside the pixel circuit in response to a control signal from a control line. The OLED(OLED) emits light according to the driving current.
