A method for the complex prenatal study of the backbone structures comprises the preparation and the examination of the sections of the backbone region under study. In addition, the topographic and anatomical sections, are prepared, the graphic and plastic reconstructive models are constructed, the blood vessels are injected and stereo photos are taken, the computed tomography, the magnetic resonance tomography are performed, the data are recorded digitally followed by morphometry and correlation and regression analysis.
