A carcass bonding method of a pneumatic tire is provided to improve the exterior quality of the tire by bonding both ends of a carcass and then backstitching the carcass by synthetic fiber similar to the material of the carcass. A carcass bonding method of a pneumatic tire comprises the steps of: winding a carcass(14) along the outer surface of a forming drum(20) in molding the pneumatic tire; butt-bonding a joint part connecting both ends of the carcass; and backstitching the bonded part of the carcass by synthetic fiber(30). The synthetic fiber is made of materials with similar strength of the carcass. A green case is produced by a forming process for attaching the rest half-finished products by pressing a press roll while the carcass is connected to the outer surface of the forming drum.
