An underground wire support pipe is provided to repair a damaged cable by immediately checking a damage of an underground pipe and a cable. An underground pipe(2) is composed of an inner pipe and an outer pipe. A support device(100) includes a cylinder(110), an upper support bar(120) having a lower end inserted into the cylinder and an upper end supporting the underground pipe, a lower support bar(130) having an upper end inserted into the cylinder and a lower end supported by underground earth, and a spring(140) arranged between the upper and lower supporting bars. An outer case(200) has an upper plate(220) of transparent material, and a receiving unit(210) inside. First and second measuring devices(300) have first and second protecting cases(310) at both inner sides of the outer case, first and second guide bars(320) installed vertically in the first and second protecting cases, first and second moving plates(340) coupled with the first and second guide bars to ascend and descend, first and second springs(330) pressing the first and second moving plates upwardly, first and second permanent magnets ascending and descending with the first and second moving plates, and a plurality of first and second magnetic switches(350) interacting with the magnetic force of the first and second permanent magnets. First and second wires(400) have one ends connected to the lower support bar, and the other ends fixed to the moving plates. First and second supporting wires are connected to the first and second moving plates. First and second winders ascend the first and second moving plates by winding the first and second supporting wires. A control unit transmits the position signal of the first and second moving plates to a receiver of a central control room. A light emitting unit is turned on/off by the control unit. A pipe is connected to the underground pipe to be communicated with the receiving unit of the underground pipe. A checking liquid is filled in the receiving unit of the underground pipe and the pipe. A display member(1000) has a lower end fixed to the top surface of the underground pipe. |
