An outlet structure is provided to allow a user to conveniently install an outlet in a duct without using an additional shutter or a fixing bolt by allowing the outlet to be detachably mounted at stop jaws of the duct by means of stop protrusions. A plurality of insertion holes(112) are formed at both side portions of a body part(110). Mounting parts are formed to communicate with the insertion holes(112) within the body part(110). Electric wire fixing members, which include a pressing member(130) and a fastening bolt(134), are installed at the mounting parts to support electric wires inserted through the insertion holes(112). A duct, in which an outlet(100) is combined, includes stop jaws(210) formed at inner upper portions of both side walls formed at both sides of a bottom surface(202) and stop protrusions(122) formed at upper and lower sides of a rear surface of a plug insertion part(120) and detachably attached to the stop jaws(210).
