SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS DETECTOR AND THE DETECTION METHOD OF ANTIGEN-ANTIBODY COMPLEX

An apparatus for detecting a systemic lupus erythematosus is provided to detect and diagnose the systemic lupus erythematosus very rapidly compared to conventional techniques and easily and rapidly analyze the concentration of an antibody inducing the pain in a systemic lupus erythematosus, thereby significantly improving the treatment effect of a patient by controlling the pain of the patient in advance. An apparatus for detecting a systemic lupus erythematosus comprises an immunoreaction portion(13) which allows an antibody inducing the systemic lupus erythematosus with an antigen to form an antigen-antibody complex; a buffer supplying portion(23) which has a pump(20) for supplying a buffer solution to a product of the immunoreaction portion; an ion exchange portion(30) which isolates the antigen-antibody complex using the difference of a unique isoelectric point from product of the immunoreaction portion where the buffer solution is supplied; and an electrochemical detection portion(40) which selectively detects the concentration of the antigen-antibody complex generated from the ion exchange portion through an electrochemical detection. The immunoreaction portion includes an immunoreaction column where an antigen(10) and an antibody(11) are supplied to the immunoreaction column by pumps(21,22) and mixed to form the antigen-antibody complex through the immunoreaction.
