An air conditioner having humidification function is provided to pass intake air through a humidifying plate of a humidifier and humidify the air by purified water, so that the suction air is supplied to a room space as clean cool or warm air in the humid state. An air conditioner having humidification function includes a main body in the rectangular shape formed with an air inlet(210) and air outlets(220). A suction fan(300) is mounted near the inlet of the main body for forcibly inhaling room air. A cooling/heating system(500) converts intake air to cool or warm air according to user's selection. A humidifier(600) is positioned at a rear part of the cooling/heating system and converts dry air to humid air while the cool or warm air passing through the humidifier. A blower fan(400) forcibly discharges the humid cool or warm air via the air outlets.
