The device has a nanoserver (5) programmed for reading operating parameters of an individual or collective boiler (1) with a predetermined increment. A memory (6) stores statistics, averages, sums and/or percentages of values of the parameters, during a predetermined duration. Reading and storage of new average values at a last increment leads to deletion of the statistics, averages, sums and/or percentages. A communication unit (9) e.g. global positioning system (GPS) modem, sends an operating ratio at an end of the duration, and comprises a part of a content of the memory.
