The mixer has a cylindrical unit with a sinusoidal part defining interior lobes (26) and exterior lobes (28). Each exterior lobe has two radial walls (34a, 34b) connected by an exterior curvilinear dome (36) to form an exterior pipe guiding an interior airflow towards an exterior. Each interior lobe has radial walls (30) connected by an interior curvilinear dome to form an interior pipe guiding an exterior airflow towards an interior. The walls (34a, 34b) are placed in a radial extension of the walls (30). The walls (30, 34a, 34b) present a curved contour with inflexion points (38a, 38b).
