<p>A system and method to evaluate an individual's total qualifications so as to properly place an individual in position within an organisation. The information gathered can then be used in the consideration, evaluation, and recruitment of employees. The method and system can also be used for employee placement, role assignment and/or team member selection in a workplace setting. The factors considered in determining a person's qualifications are their characteristics, skills and knowledge.</p> |
