A drive has at least one drive wheel with an axial bearing and an axially operating seating face in the drive housing or on the inside of the housing cover. A support is provided between the seating face and the drive wheel. An axial plug compensation or confinement is provided between the support and the seating face. The axial play compensation or confinement is provided by deformations (10) distributed about the periphery of the seating face (15) and directed towards the drive wheel (2). The deformations are formed by cold forming after assembly of the drive (1).
