An air volume-variable regulator is provided to minimize the air resistance by controlling the inflow rate with a cylinder cone. An air volume-variable regulator comprises a casing(2), a cylinder cone(4), and a driving part. The casing has an inlet at the front end part, an outlet at the back end part and a venturi part(20) in the inner circumference. The cylinder cone is combined in a shaft(6). The shaft is inserted into the center of the casing. The cylinder cone controls the opening degree of the venturi part. The driving part is comprised of an actuator(7) and a link(74). The actuator and the link control the length of forward and backward movement. The cylinder cone comprises a hemispheric part, a rear conical part, a through hole, and an inner space. A cylinder(5) is combined in the through hole.
