A ceiling cassette air conditioner is provided to automatically couple holding parts of a heat exchanger with coupling elements of a casing while sliding the heat exchanger in the casing, thereby simplifying the mounting of the heat exchanger. A ceiling cassette air conditioner includes a casing(1), a heat exchanger(15) mounted in the casing, a coupling element(29) mounted in the casing to be coupled with the heat exchanger, and a holding part(27) mounted to the heat exchanger to be coupled with the coupling element, wherein the coupling element and the holding element contact each other to be coupled with each other during the heat exchanger is mounted to the casing. The casing is formed with holding protrusions(33) on an inner surface for preventing the heat exchanger from moving right and left.
