The device has a curved eye bolt (1) for hooking an end of a return spring (2). A jig bushing (6) is welded or screwed in a frame of a sliding gate (5). A threaded screw (7) traverses the bushing for permitting to remove a spacer (4) and to mount a gear (3). The spacer is integrated with the gear and comprises a ring for hooking another end of the return spring. The screw has a terminal end for a manipulation key. The screw permits to release a drive pinion of a blocked motor by using the spring.
