HEAT SINK AND COOLER

A heat sink is provided with a plurality of fins (1a, 2a, 3a). The fins (1a, 2a, 3a) are formed to be partition walls of a flow channel for a cooling medium. The fins (1a, 2a, 3a) are formed to make the cooling medium flow along the surface. Joining spaces (36, 37) are formed to permit the cooling medium in the flow channel separated by the fins (1a, 2a, 3a) to join together. The joining spaces (36, 37) are formed at the middle of the flow channel formed by the fins (1a, 2a, 3a).
