An apparatus for inserting mortar into a boring hole is provided to bore hole under the soft ground to bury a sewer pipe by injecting hardening agent through holes formed around a screw shaft, as excavating the hole. An apparatus for inserting mortar into a boring hole comprises a driving tool(3), a screw blade(5), a screw shaft(7) with a hardening agent port(6), and an excavating shaft(10) with hardening agent outlets(9), a conveying tube(21), a hardening agent supply tube(22), and a packing. The driving tool is attached to the end of a boom of an excavator via a pivoting shaft. The screw blade digs a hole, as revolving with an output shaft(4) of the driving tool. A hardening agent is injected to the hole formed under the soft ground through the hardening agent outlets to harden soft earth. The conveying tube is configured in the screw shaft to feed hardening agent to the excavating shaft. The hardening agent supply tube is installed in the excavating shaft. Hardening agent is discharged through the hardening agent outlets via the hardening supply tube. The packing is installed between the screw shaft and the excavating shaft to prevent hardening agent from leaking between the conveying tube and the hardening supply tube. |
