An apparatus for changing a position of a TV button is provided to control the position of the fixed TV button to improve user's convenience. A rotating shaft(120) is rotatably fixed to the back cover(210) of a TV. A button panel(300) has a button unit(110) for operating the TV and is rotated among a first position where the button panel is positioned in the upper part of the TV, a second position where the button panel is positioned in the lower part of the TV, and a third position where the button panel is positioned in the side part of the TV. A connecting member(140) connects the button panel to the rotating shaft and contains a button cable(130) which is extended from the button unit and is connected to a main PCB(Printed Circuit Board) installed in the TV.
