<p>An IC chip, a data reading method, and a data writing method are provided to simplify a process for managing a memory to keep consistency of data even if power is interrupted during data writing by dualizing the data and storing the dualized data. A memory is a non-volatile memory such as an FeRAM(Ferroelectric RAM), not requiring data erasure in a page unit and rewriting the data in a byte unit. A data structure of the non-volatile memory is a dualized root table set respectively storing corresponding information between a physical and logical blocks, and a broken transaction counter, and a table switch for representing that one root table of the dualized root table sets is a valid or invalid surface.</p> |
