A sealed apparatus for drying food garbage is provided to dispose food garbage within a short time by separately disposing food garbage in a plurality of stages, enable hot air to be uniformly distributed onto food garbage, and refrigerate a small amount of food garbage or food garbage that has passed through a drying process. A drying apparatus for food garbage includes: a housing(10); a cooling cycle member that is embedded in the housing and comprises an evaporator(22) and an internal condenser(24); a water flowing plate(30) which is installed under the evaporator, and has a water passing hole(32) formed in the center thereof; a water receiver(40) located under the water flowing plate; a plurality of garbage containing members that are installed above the internal condenser and comprise a first garbage containing stage having a first vertical plate(521), a first horizontal plate(523) and a first containing part, a second garbage containing stage having a second vertical plate(541), a second horizontal plate(543) and a second containing part, and a third garbage containing stage having a third vertical plate(561), a third horizontal plate(563) and a third containing part(567); and a blower(60) for blowing air that has passed through the third garbage containing stage toward the internal condenser and the evaporator. The drying apparatus additionally includes a wind direction-adjusting plate(70), a wind direction-adjusting valve(72), and a temperature sensor(74). |
