PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blocking arm recognizing flexibility only when collision may cause an injury. SOLUTION: A rotation barrier having a rotation arm/assembly includes at least one blocking arm 2, and at least a part of a total length of the blocking arm is formed of a spring-like core piece 14, and an external sheath 25 is provided on the blocking arm. The spring-like core piece is preferably arranged between a rotation shaft of the rotation arm/assembly and an intermediate region of the blocking arm.
