PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid spouting nozzle having a checking function capable of preventing any defective liquid drawing or liquid dripping after spouting an object to be packaged, preventing propagation of the occurred liquid dripping to a packaging bag, and preventing the spouted object from being stained by the liquid dripping, and a packaging bag using the same. SOLUTION: The liquid spouting nozzle comprises a monoaxial or biaxial orientation base film layer, and sealant layers overlaid with the base film layer interposed in between, consists of face and back laminate films or one laminate film folded back into two parts at its center, and has a checking function while a peripheral portion except a portion forming a proximal side of the nozzle is bonded. A spouting flow passage of the liquid spouting nozzle demarcated by the peripheral bonded portion is formed so that the shape from a nozzle unsealing position to the proximal side is constantly downwardly inclined when spouting liquid, and gradually expanded to communicate with a packaging bag body.
