<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment appliance for an endoscope and an endoscope system allowing an operator to turn a treatment section in an intended direction and execute a prescribed treatment. <P>SOLUTION: A high-frequency snare 2 is provided with a snare loop (the treatment section) 10 for binding the tissue of a living body, a plate-shaped operation rod 11 formed into a flat shape having a cross section with a long-axis direction and a short-axis direction, a tubular distal side connecting member 12 insertingly connecting the proximal end of the snare loop 10 to the distal end of the operation rod 11 respectively, and an operation wire (an operation member) 15 formed extending in the direction of an axial core C of the operation rod 11, connected to the operation rod 11 via the proximal side connecting member 13 formed into a tubular shape and applying a driving force in the direction of the axial core C. A first opening end face provided in the axial core direction of the distal side connecting member 12 is provided with approximately planar slope faces 12c crossing with the direction of the axial core C of the operation rod 11 and the short-axis direction of the cross section and formed in parallel to the long-axis direction in the both sides of the operation rod 11 clamping it from the both sides. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
