<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which enables effective use of soil contaminated with organic materials for a raw material for cement in economical and environmental load-free way. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing process of cement clinker comprises a step to sift organic material-contaminated soil to obtain soil with not less than a specific size 1, a step to determine the unit requirement of the organic material-contaminated soil having an average particle size (mm) of the specific size 1 as the raw material in a way that the raw material unit requirement is≤8 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of the clinker and the product of the average particle size of the specific size 1 by the raw material unit requirement is≤2.0 (pts.mass mm), and a step to pour the determined amount of the organic material-contaminated soil having the average particle size of the specific size 1 through not less than one inlet selected from the group consisting of the back end of the kiln, the preheater, the bottom cyclone and the bottom chute of the cyclone involved in cement manufacturing facilities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
