PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment and a radio communication system, in which a terminal is registered in the communication equipment independently of the applied state of an IP address to the terminal, and when the terminal is connected to the communication equipment, IP packet transfer priority in the communication equipment based on the IP address can be set. SOLUTION: The communication equipment is provided with: a registered terminal information storage means 2 in which the MAC address and priority of each terminal are previously stored; a terminal recognition means 3 for reading out the priority of the MAC address read out from the registered terminal information storage means 2, acquiring an IP address corresponding to the MAC address and transmitting the priority corresponding to the IP address; and a communication repeating means 4 for performing communication and packet transfer between the terminal and an IP network, and when the priority transmitted from the terminal recognition means 3 and corresponding to the IP address is acquired, setting the priority of packet transfer between the terminal and the IP network in accordance with the acquired priority.
