PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve sealing structure that prevents breakage of a rubber-like elastic body constituting one of a pair of sealing elements while suppressing the occurrence of a protrusion phenomenon in the rubber-like elastic body in the valve sealing structure in which a pair of the sealing elements is brought into contact with each other or separated from each other in accordance with valve opening/closing operation. SOLUTION: A pair of the sealing elements is composed of a combination of a rigid component such as a metal and the rubber-like elastic body. It is composed so as to set a multiple-stage sealing structure 7 in which a plurality of annular protrusions 6 provided on the rubber-like elastic body 5 are simultaneously brought into contact with or separated from the rigid component. High pressure that causes the protrusion is thereby reduced. Alternatively, a pair of the sealing elements is composed of the combination of the rigid component such as a metal and the rubber-like elastic body. It is composed so as to set a multiple-stage sealing structure in which a plurality of annular protrusions provided on the rigid component are simultaneously brought into contact with or separated from the rubber-like elastic body.
