PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulation container made of a foam resin which retains the freshness of food items with ice, the container being designed so that, in addition to retaining the freshness of food items, ice stored in it is reduced, flow of ice during conveyance is restrained, food items kept cold are arranged neatly, and food items kept cold are prevented from lowering below a predetermined height when melting progresses. SOLUTION: The cold insulation container 100 made of a foam resin retains the freshness of food items 91 with ice 81. In this container 100, ribs 41 are extended upward from the bottom 15 of the inside of the container main body 11 almost at the same height so as to intersect in the longitudinal direction 71 of the bottom 15. The ribs 41 are formed at intervals 43 so that ice 81 is placed between the ribs 41 and the food items 91 placed in the longitudinal direction 71 next to each other on an icing surface 83 are supported by the top faces 49 of the ribs 41 so as not to cause them to drop between the ribs 41 when the ice 81 melts.
