PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a vehicle seat capable of suppressing downward displacement of a seat cushion by rear-end collision. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure for the vehicle seat having the seat cushion 10 having a rear part fixed to a vehicle body 2 through a mounting member 42 and a seat back 20 connected to a rear end of the seat cushion 10, a restriction member 50 (downward displacement suppression means) for suppressing the seat cushion 10 from being downwardly displaced by deformation of the mounting member when rearward load is input to the seat back 20 is provided.
