PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a commodity property by eliminating a response delay by immediately performing an automatic pulling after a vehicle stops, and at the same time, to reduce a burden on a driver by automatically pulling a parking brake at the time of parking from traveling in the case of a slope. SOLUTION: This controlling device detects a deceleration Gg of the vehicle at the time before an acceleration pedal is released and a brake pedal is stepped, and judges the gradient of a road surface from the detected value. A target load which is set in advance from a table of a storage section 38 is incorporated, and an electric motor 16 is normally driven after the stoppage is determined.
