PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil absorbent and water absorbent mat which has both functions of oil absorption and water absorption, and is stable in quality. SOLUTION: The oil absorbent and water absorbent mat is made of nonwoven fabric 1 formed of a mixture of at least one kind of synthetic fiber selected from polyester and polypropylene, and rayon. The surface 3 of the nonwoven fabric 1 is treated by latex and heat and the backside 2 is processed with ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
