<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealing property of a molded part in a weatherstrip mounted on a roof panel side of an open top vehicle and inserting a pad in the molded part at an end part. <P>SOLUTION: In this molded part 5a having a mounting base part 9 and a hollow sealing part 11 formed integrally with the mounting base part 9 to seal a space with window glass 6 by elastically contacting the window glass 6, an end wall 13 to close an end face is formed into an obliquely downward tapered shape. One end of the pad 18 inserted into the molded part 5a is formed into the same shape as that of the end wall 13, and a ○ mark 19 is displayed on a peripheral surface. The ○ mark 19 is displayed at a position which can be confirmed from a core take-out hole 10 when the pad 18 is inserted in a joined state of the tapered one end to the end wall 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
