PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular warning device capable of suitably annunciating the existence of danger. SOLUTION: The vehicular warning device 1 is provided with a danger state determination means for determining whether or not the vehicle is in the danger state; and an input operation device performed with input operation relative to a non-drive equipment of the vehicle. In the vehicular warning device 1, when it is determined by the danger state determination means that the vehicle is in the danger state, warning action relative to an occupant is performed using the input operation device.
