<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant insulated wire that has a double-layered structure in a coating layer of an insulator and is lightweight and excellent in heat resistance, flame retardancy, and mechanical properties or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the flame-retardant insulated wire, a primary coating layer and a secondary coating layer are applied on a conductor from its inside, the primary coating layer is composed of a flame-retardant insulator that is composed by adding 10-160 pts.mass of a hydrated metal compound to 100 pts.mass of a polyolefin-based resin admixture composed of 80-95 pts.mass of polypropylene and 20-5 pts.mass of polyethylene, and the secondary coating layer is composed of a flame-retardant insulator that is composed by adding 30-50 pts.mass of a triazine-based flame retarder to 100 pts.mass of the polyolefin-based resin admixture composed of 80-95 pts.mass of polypropylene and 20-5 pts.mass of polyethylene. By this, it is possible to obtain the wire that has the double-layered structure in the coating layer of the insulator; and is lightweight and excellent in heat resistance, flame retardancy, and mechanical properties or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
