<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content reproducing device for more easily selecting the content to be reproduced. <P>SOLUTION: When the user selects the content to be reproduced, not only the meta-data, such as title and date, but part of the content can be viewed and listened, and thereby the desired content can be easily selected by checking the subject matter of the content.
