PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that if there is an operating current to a load of an equipment body when charging a battery, the operating current portion to the load becomes overcharging since the charging current that is actually supplied to a battery cell 9 and the current that is supplied from the constant voltage/constant current control circuit 2 are different. SOLUTION: A charging current detecting circuit 16 that detects the charging current flowing into the battery cell 9 and a cell voltage detecting circuit are installed, and when these become to show full-charge judgment current IF and full-charge judgment voltage VF, the voltage is adjusted by a battery pack voltage adjustment circuit so that the charging current flowing into the battery cell 9 may not be flowed.
