MICRO REACTOR AND MICROREACTOR SYSTEM, AND LIQUID TRANSMISSION METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microreactor and a microreactor system for transmitting a liquid without remaining a gas within a reaction tank and efficiently implementing a preprocess for immobilizing a ligand, and to provide its liquid transmission method. SOLUTION: The micro reactor is composed by laminating a first flow path substrate having a sensor and a second flow path substrate having a protrusion, and has a structure carrying the reactor tank whose volume is changed by moving the protrusion and discharging the residual gas remaining within the reactor tank. The preprocessing for immobilizing the ligand can be implemented by immersing the first flow path substrate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
