The ball screw has an engaging reverse lug, which includes a female screw (20), a spindle screwed in the female screw, and another reverse lug (30). The reverse lug (30) is provided with a flexible connecting section (32). The female screw and the connecting section of the reverse lug (30) have a locking groove (24) and/or a locking nose (33). The locking nose engages in the locking groove for secure retaining of the reverse lug (30) at the female screw. The lug (30) has an enclosed reverse web (31) with a thin guiding piece (311) in a spiral groove (22) of the female screw.
