PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily carry out inspection work when inspecting a leakage in a pipe welded part. SOLUTION: This inspection tool for inspecting the helium leakage is provided with the first abutting member 1, the second abutting member 2 and an attaching and detaching member 3, the first and second abutting members are semi-cylindrical respectively, abut to the pipe welded part, and are provided respectively with recessed parts formed with a gas dam under an abutting condition therein, a gas injection hole communicated with the recessed part is formed in either of the first or second abutting part, the attaching and detaching member attaches detachably the both abutting members to the pipe welded part, under the condition where the first abutting member and the second abutting member are faced to oppose the recessed parts thereof each other.
