PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an autocorrelation which enables detecting a section having periodicity of an input signal and the like with good accuracy. SOLUTION: A gain calculation section 16 obtains a gain (n) indicating the magnitude of the noise g to be added to the input signal X (t) based on the lag extent autocorrelation (the maximum value of the normalization autocorrelation in the lagτextent corresponding to the range of a basic frequency of man Rmax (χ(n)) of the input signal X (t) and a frame power p (n), and an Rmax calculation section 20 obtains the lag extent autocorrelation Rmax (y (n)) of the noise addition signal (Y (t)) obtained by adding the noise C×gain (n))×g of the magnitude meeting the gain (n) to the input signal X (t) is obtained as a feature quantity of the input signal X (t).
