PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-slip mat easily manufactured without using an extra raw material, being lightweight and sufficiently providing an anti slip function. SOLUTION: This anti-slip mat is so formed that a low-melting-point fiber layer of polyethylene fiber and polypropylene fiber with a Metsuke amount (weight per unit area) of 30-1000 g and a base material layer of a regular-melting-point polyester fiber including a small amount of a low-melting-point polyester fiber with a Metsuke amount (weight per unit area) of 80-1000 g are superposed together, the low-melting-point layer alone is melted by sending hot air from the low-melting-point fiber layer and is cooled and hardened into a pill state and a base material layer and an anti-slip layer of the pill state are integrated together.
