<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhauster for a garbage disposer which overcomes the problem that almost various types of disposers to decompose garbage into carbon dioxide and water raise poor exhaustion and prevents normal decompositional action unless the environment in the tank for decomposing garbage by microorganisms is suitable for the microorganisms to be used when decomposed. <P>SOLUTION: The exhauster for the garbage disposer is provided with a suction exhauster which is capable of conducting exhaustion by reducing the pressure of a water tank device connected to an exhaustion system to remove gas, odor, steam and suspended dust contained in an exhaust gas generated at a garbage agitation tank into negative pressure. While the dust intermingled with the steam is deposited in the evacuation system to inhibit the inflow of air, the clogging of the dust at the evacuation system is eliminated by inducing the same into water to dissolve.
